  • The item must be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories included.

  • Customized or personalized items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

  • Items purchased on clearance or during a sale may not be eligible for return unless they are faulty.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Our team will review your request and provide a return authorization if eligible.

  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and send it to the following address:

  4. Once received, we will inspect the item and process the return as per our policy.

3. Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to an incorrect or defective item sent by us, we will cover the return shipping cost.

  • If the return is due to a change of mind or any other non-defective reason, the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.

4. Refund Policy

Upon approval of your return, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after processing.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

5. Exchanges

  • If you received a defective or incorrect item, we offer a free exchange for the same product.

  • For exchanges due to size or preference, you may return the item (subject to our return policy) and place a new order.
